Shipping

Pieces are made when you order them. They ship from overseas. Free US shipping is included in the price you see.

When it leaves

Make time and transit both matter. Plan on about two to three weeks from order to door for most US orders. We will mail you when it is on the way. If we ever promise a date and miss it, you can have a new date or your money back.

Where

United States first. If we can ship to you outside the US, checkout will say so. Duties and local tax, if any, are yours.

If it is late or lost

Write hello@jonaworld.com. We will trace it and make it right if it is lost.

The cost

Free US shipping is baked into the price. Checkout still shows the shipping line before you pay.
