Shipping

We ship from the United States first. The real cost and timing show at checkout. We will not guess a number here and then surprise you.

When it leaves

Pieces are made when you order. That takes a little time before a carrier has them. We will mail you when it is on the way. We will not name a number of days until checkout has a real one. If we ever promise a date and miss it, you can have a new date or your money back.

Where

United States first. If we can ship to you outside the US, checkout will say so. Duties and local tax, if any, are yours.

If it is late or lost

Write hello@jonaworld.com. We will trace it and make it right if it is lost.

Checkout shows shipping before you pay. If we ever put a number on this page, it will be that same real number.
