If it is not right, write us. We will make it right.

Made for you

Each piece is made when you order it. That is why we cannot take a change of mind the way a big rack store can. If the size or color is not what you hoped, tell us anyway. We will look for a kind answer. We may not be able to refund a piece that was made correctly and as ordered.

When we always make it right

Write hello@jonaworld.com if it arrived damaged, we sent the wrong piece, or the art is not what we showed.

A photo helps. We will repair, replace, or refund. You should not pay to fix our mistake.

hello@jonaworld.com. Your order number, what happened, and a photo if you have one. We read it. We are not a bot maze.

Timing

Please write within 30 days of the delivery date when you can. If you are late and it is our fault, still write. We are human.
